“Computer Tutor” Drop-In Program

Provost Adult Learning’s 1-on-1 computer tutoring for members of the community has proven to be a huge success this year, and has also shown the need for this type of program in Provost.

We’re here to help you with questions and provide coaching in basic computer literacy, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, Facebook, Blogging and more.

Cost:  All drop-in classes are free, but donations are always welcomed.

Days & Times:  Tues 1:30 -3:30 pm; Fri 9:30 -11 am.

Check out our course schedule here and register for a class in Bookkeeping or Simply Accounting, Interior Design, Digital Photography, Drawing, First Aid, or get your FAC.  Join the Book Club, take a Videoconference seminar — and don’t forget exercise classes! There’s lots going on at EEOC!  Sign up today!

Sign Up Early

Take advantage of the $10 discount offered by pre-registering and paying for your course at least 2 weeks before the course start date.  You are not fully registered until you have paid.  EEOC may cancel classes one week prior to course date due to insufficient enrolment.

Looking for Volunteer ESL Tutors

Provost & District Adult Learning is looking for tutors to help our ESL students.  If you are interested in getting involved, or know of someone we should contact, please call Sherry at 780-753-2822.

Volunteer Videoconference Equipment Operator

Provost Adult Learning & Literacy is seeking a volunteer to learn how to operate our VC equipment — someone who can commit to attending to and monitoring during video-conference classes and workshop sessions.  There may occasionally be some “on call” events.
