Toxic Roundup 2010

Saturday August 21st

Provost Arena parking lot, 10 am - 2 pm

Bring all your household items that are toxic and be assured they will get hauled away to be disposed of properly without filling up our own landfill.  Items might include:  paint, aerosol cans, batteries, cleaners and electronic waste.

 

Community Awareness Night 2010

Monday September 13th

Provost Recreation and Culture Centre, 7-9 pm

Community Awareness Night promotes and creates awareness in our community and surrounding areas of the numerous educational, recreational and cultural opportunities available. 

Registrations may be taken and information distributed regarding your organization or home based business, however, no selling of products is permitted.

Take advantage of this FREE opportunity to promote your organization, home based business, or increase your membership and volunteer base.  This night will be a showcase of your presence in our community.

 

Kitchen Connections — Monthly

A Community Group who meets once a month to learn about healthy nutrition and cooking on a low budget.  Meals are divided among participants, and child-minding is provided during meal planning and cooking.
