2012 Fit & Healthy Community Courses

 

Hatha Yoga:     Enjoy the relaxation, with Shirley Gerein. In this class you will learn stretches and exercises that can help improve posture, flexibility, coordination and much more. Hatha Yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind.  Come find the relaxation you’ve been looking for.  Please bring a mat.  10 week session.

Kickboxing:     Join Neil Downing in this aerobic, fat-shedding, total body workout that is high-energy, explosive, exciting and motivating.  It’s a non-contact kickboxing workout encompassing kicks, punches and moves used by various fighting styles to increase cardiovascular fitness and strength.  It provides an excellent calorie burning workout, guaranteed to make you sweat and challenge your fitness levels.  Kick, jump and jab your way to a leaner, stronger body!  10 week session.
