“Computer Tutor” Drop In:   Open-to-the-public computer lab and 1-on-1 computer tutoring to the community.  Coaching and assistance in basic computer literacy, Word, Excel, Email, Facebook and using the Internet.  No appointment is necessary.

Skype through the Skies:     Join Deb King (New Instructor) to learn how to make real time video and voice calls over the internet – all for free!  This introductory course will teach you to install the software application, set up your SKYPE account and have you talking with other SKYPE account users all in one evening.  Talk to someone next door, or the other side of the world – using this application will make you feel you are in the same room having a conversation.

Living On-Line:       Join Shirley Stuckky in this hands-on course where you will learn how to set up an email account with Hotmail, Gmail, Live or others; working on the internet; downloading programs from the internet; and downloading pictures from the internet or sending to others..

Introduction to Facebook:  Join Michelle Johnston (new Instructor) for a look at using Facebook in a safe and effective way.  She will walk you through the steps of setting up a Facebook account and the security features you will need to know.

Introduction to Windows 7:     Duane Richmond from DR Technologies (New Instructor) will show you the ins and outs of navigating through this operating system; following will be a time for questions and answers.  Please bring your own Laptop with Windows 7 installed!
